Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has applied throughout Europe.
Its aim is to protect your personal data, that is to say all the information that can identify you.
When a user fills in a contact form, the following data is collected: surname, first name, email, telephone number and desired budget.
This data is used to build a file for the client’s property search or to provide additional information.
This database remains confidential and strictly for internal use. It has no other purpose. It will never be lent, rented, given away or sold.
As required by the new legislation, we ask you to confirm that we may continue to use your contact details. Without a reply from you to the following email address: info@b-side.lu, we will assume that we may, as in the past and with all the necessary guarantees of confidentiality, keep your contact details and use them for the activities described above. You always keep a right of access to them and, on simple request, you can have your data modified or deleted altogether.
Statistics
To serve you better, we measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, visitors’ activity on the site and how often they return.
For this purpose, we use “cookies”
The cookies used contain: a randomly generated unique identifier and the date of your last visit.
Their expiry date is set to 10 July 2028.
