Statec and the Observatoire de l’Habitat have just published the housing figures for the fourth quarter of 2022, and note:
– a clear slowdown in housing prices in 2022
– a sharp fall in the number of transactions and in the financial volume of housing sales compared with the fourth quarter of 2021
